On the ground floor with underfloor heated wood flooring and two single beds that can be zip-linked to make a king size bed, a very light and sunny room with Sanderson furnishings, internet access and underfloor heating. There is flat screen T V and a small silent fridge for drinks, snacks etc., and also a Trouser Press.  The spacious en-suite has a large walk in shower.
